We can provide a backup support to enhance your existing arrangements.

Remote support via dialup: With dial-up access, we can access youir system and investigate your problems, apply fixes, or manage the processing.

On call: if you need guaranteed support during critical periods, we can be available a phone-call away.

Run a parallel system for problem solving: We can set up a copy of your system on our premises, so that we can run parallel tests, trouble-shooting or benchmarking.
